For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Massimo D’Azeglio Restaurant offers two special menus specially prepared by our chefs.

To celebrate the New Year, we will offer our customers a Gran Carta Menu, accompanied exceptionally by the traditional Piedmontese mixed boiled meats.

December 24th, Christmas Eve

  • Assorted vegetables in tempura
  • Flat spaghetti with lobster, courgette flowers and saffron pistils
  • Citrus-baked amberjack
  • Potato rosti
  • Lamb’s lettuce with sliced pumpkin, pomegranate seeds and pine nuts
